After some back and forth, decided to rename the personal hackish elisp
functions that accumulated in my config to use prefix "my-",
acknowledging the fact that they are really special to my own setup and
workflow, so they might as well have an un-sharable name.

Configure EnhRuby so that forward-sexp moves forward by element at
current position or by some other intuitive step, not way further as it
does now.
