[emacs-berlin] Talk proposal

Hello Fermin,

That sounds pretty awesome! I would love to have this talk in the meetup. 
Curiously, I have been tinkering with making a very basic major mode this 
month. Perhaps I could show the little I have learned while doing so, it might 
be complimentary to your talk.
