[emacs-berlin] Reducing keystrokes in 2016

I guess the best way to reduce keystrokes is to record which commands are
used most and create better shortcuts or macros for those commands.

There is keyfreq minor mode <https://github.com/dacap/keyfreq> to record
used commands. Take a look at ergoemacs
<http://ergoemacs.org/emacs/command-frequency.html> for further
instructions. That might be a starting point.

Cheers,
Henrik
