Now that the NaCl build patches have been accepted into the Emacs master
branch, emacs can be built for Chrome's Native Client platform (albeit
with some patches). To see it in action, go to:
https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/naclports/builds/pepper_41/trunk-253-g089940f/publish/emacs/glibc/emacs/emacs.html
PS: You would need to enable the "Native Client" option on your Chrome
installation from about:flags
That is kind of exciting in a way and shows that emacs is still
traveling along with modern technology.
Also I recently stumbled uppon this video of Perry Metzger making some
interesting points on emacs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VADudzQGvU8
The audience is quite annoying but the talk itself is pretty nice.
Have a nice and stormy day!
Andy
