Sure, I can do a 10min show-and-tell at the next meetup. But I have to
warn that I'm far from having a perfect system, it's just something that
I got used to over time. And I've read the GTD book some years ago so
the setup is inspired by that. The "flow" in workflow is a little
euphemism though ;-).
