The Ruby folks from Rug-B have been working on a code of conduct, which
they hope other groups will adopt as well. It's currently in draft,
feedback is welcome.

You can check it out here: http://rubyberlin.github.io/code-of-conduct/
The repository is here: https://github.com/rubyberlin/code-of-conduct

I suggest we adopt this. We can link from our site to the CoC and back.

What do y'all think?
