[emacs-berlin] Introduction and talk proposal for June 24 meetup

Hi,

it’s Felix. I’ve been at the meetup a few times over the years but never
got subscribed to the mailing list. I was also at Emacs assembly last two CCC.

Anyway, I would like to propose a talk for the next meetup on June 24, about
my new project stickies.el (https://github.com/fjl/stickies.el). The talk will
be about the philosophy of sticky notes & how it relates to Emacs, some workflow
examples, and also technical details of the stickies.el implementation.
