[emacs-berlin] Showing org clock in window manager status bar

With KDE, I find that the clock is never covered with multiple frames.   
Your comments made me wonder how to set a 24-hour clock, which

(setq display-time-24hr-format t)

By default, KDE also shows this info in the task manager.
