[emacs-berlin] In-person meetup tomorrow feb 10 at c-base

Hello everyone,

yesterday we had the pleasure to meet Alison (welcome to the meetup!) and I was being assisted by 
"Person X" (whose name I always forget, if you read this please reply! haha) to install and make 
work `whole-line-or-region` (https://github.com/purcell/whole-line-or-region), a nifty little 
improvement (from github: "The primary use for this is to kill the current line if no region is 
defined, and `kill-region` is invoked").

I couldn't do more because then we talked about the EXTREMELY CUTE MNT Pocket Reform of the above 
mentioned "Person X" and with Alison we exchanged experiences and opinions about C++, Rust and 
Emacs, while the Zeremonienmeister was busy talking about *smt formal systems smt* :D
