[emacs-berlin] Emacs Matrix rooms?

Can’t comment on Matrix, but the Emacs subreddit was reasonably interesting and helpful to me. 

There’s some drama there, but given the post-compartmentalization and voting mechanics I feel it’s a net benefit.
