[emacs-berlin] Do something for people whose English sucks

Nice idea thanks... but I'm much too far away, unfortunately.  It's also
not really what I had in mind, I think I would aim for something online.

But there was at least no one strictly rejecting the idea or finding it
terrible.  I think only few or nearly none of the people that would
attend in German meetings read this list.  Maybe I'll ask in emacs-help
if there are people there that are interested, if you don't mind.
