[emacs-berlin] Do something for people whose English sucks

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the input. I can understand the desire to talk about tech
stuff like Emacs from time to time in one's own native language that is
not English. It has to be said though that Emacs Berlin today is
definitely an English speaking meetup – many regular participants don't
speak German, those who join remotely as well as those who join
in-person, so English is the most inclusive choice.
Yet, there is an upcoming in-person-only meetup on March 11th. I think
this would be a good opportunity to meet fellow Emacsers who speak
German and have temporarily separate "tracks" of conversation in
different languages. Are you able to attend on that date? Then we could
maybe advertise it as "also German speaking".
