Dear Thomas,

thank you for your presentation and this follow-up email. I have just 
tried the KOMA letter export taking inspiration from your template and 
it worked well. I did encounter some issues with the language option: 
for me it had no effect, and as a fix I had to explicitely add 
#+LATEX_HEADER: \usepackage[ngerman]{babel} to get the german language 
options.
