[emacs-berlin] Hybrid meeting at c-base

Hey Berber,

Oh this is lovely, happy to hear that the booking worked out, and I'm
really looking forward to the March meetup! Having a separate room with
a TV even sounds really good.

I've put it on the website. For now the link just points to the c-base
calendar, let me know (or open a PR) if you have a better idea. Maybe
having the actual address on the website would be useful as well.

No problem, we have occasional conversations like these on the list, so
far nobody has complained. And in this case I think it's potentially of
general interest anyway.
