[emacs-berlin] February 2023 Meetup

Hello everyone,

The February meetup is happening next week, Wednesday 22nd, again as
hybrid, in-person and remote.

As Julia already posted: if you want to attend in-person please send a
mail to julia.biro at gmail.com until Friday to register with the venue.

No talks scheduled yet. Is there anything Emacs related you always
wanted to talk about? Contributions always welcome, from complete
beginner to advanced!
