[emacs-berlin] forthcomming emacs meeting

Hi,
I would like to compare and discuss the environment options of
emacs-26.3 and emacs.28.0. Furthermore the requirements in building
emacs-28 and my experience in building emacs-28.

Furthermore I am willing to present designing charts with emacs and
LaTeX as well as my tools to administer directory services with emacs.
