[pan.do/ra-users] uploading issue

Hi,
Uploading videos and documents went pretty smooth for quite a while.  
But, recently except for images and small pdf files, videos and large 
pdf files are not passing through.  A file by the name does get created, 
but uploading does not succeed.  It shows often 2% and remains there.  
For videos it shows it is queued.

The server is running latest version of pan.do/ra.  To help you diagnose 
the problem I have attached the status output to this mail.
