[emacs-berlin] 40c3 Assembly?

who registered the emacs-assembly?  i would appreciate it if you made me 
a manager.  all assemblies at our habitat give either cven, cketti, uk, 
or me (berber) the manager role.  just put in the nick "berber".  i am 
not sure we should play into the "editor or operating system" 
stereotype, but we can talk about that :)
