[emacs-berlin] 40c3 Assembly?

Hi,

I'm adding myself to the list of people who like to attend the congress
this year and would join an emacs assembly if it happens, but can't take
over the main orga role.

Berber: regarding the registration deadline, maybe you misread by 1
month and we still have time to register?
