false on two levels.  from the cccv side and the official voucher

i am an organizer of a habitat and i have (multiple) super duper secret 
voucher sources and i (we) distribute based more or less on merit.  so i 
am offering to help out if anyone wants to help me organize this 
assembly.  it can be as small and "pissig" as we want it to be, i just 
really don't want to do this alone since i am doing so much already.

we have until tomorrow, there is a deadline then.
