[emacs-berlin] 40c3 Assembly?

I was waiting for someone to launch the proposal! :) I attended the last one before covid and since 
then I missed it, though I already feel tired when I think at a mate-fueled marathon.

I can help kick the tires but I have no idea about what is needed.
I *think* it already starts being late for a cheap accomodation (I used to sleep at the location but 
idk it's still "allowed").

I can ask in my Freundkreis, but I assume most targets groups (hacker- and makerspaces) are already 
planning for it. Getting a ticket is basically impossible without an assembly.
