[emacs-berlin] Emacs meetup tomorrow Tuesday 19h at c-base!

Hi Loris,

the last Wednesday of each month is the regular meeting. That meeting is 
usually hybrid with people attending online and people on-site in c-base 
also joining the online room.

Tuesday meetings are on-site only. There are meant to sit together and 
hack and happen at c-base, Berlin. There should be ICS files floating 
around for both.

Hope this clears things up.
