[emacs-berlin] No meetup next Tuesday

Hello everybody!

For two reasons, I would like to cancel the offline-only Emacs meetup at 
c-base on Tuesday, April 22th, as was written on emacs-berlin.org:
- I am sick
- It is not in the c-base calendar

Furthermore, it seems that I didn't announce it, anyway.

I hope it will happen next time.

See you April 30th for our hybrid meetup!
