If no one has a topic they're interested in talking about, I have a presentation titled, "The Most Fundamental Idea in Programming" I recently gave.  As the name suggests, it's based on the Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs and was put together from notes I made while reading Paul Graham's paper "The Roots of Lisp".  It explains how to create a Lisp interpreter in Lisp (technically Scheme, but hacked together behind the scenes with Emacs Lisp :).  The talk takes about an hour.
