[emacs-berlin] Moving from lsp-mode to eglot

Hallo zusammen!

I've recently configured in my Doom Emacs eglot and replaced the lsp-mode package when doing Rust
coding. I'm testing the waters to see if it ends up being a valid replacement.

Is anyone using eglot? Opinions? I'm jotting down my thoughts in a scratchpad, maybe we can compare
our experiences? The next meetup should not be far, maybe also together online? :)
