Herewith the link to mentioned simple text2speech api:

The reading language defaults to english. Change it in var
‘ar-text2speech-which-language’.

WRT additional languages: see how ‘text2speech-german-args’ or
‘text2speech-english-args’ are designed - just copy, paste and
evaluate while replacing the language-name.
