[emacs-berlin] Unicode Emoji

I know at least a few of you will find this as important as I do :)

If unicode emoji characters (like 🚀) are not showing up in Emacs, try this

(set-fontset-font t 'unicode "Symbola" nil 'prepend)

If you have a different font on your system supplying unicode symbols, you
might have to swap "Symbola" out for something else.
