[emacs-berlin] Topics and format for next meetup

Some semi-planned talking (I tried to show my org-mode workflow), some
spontaneous talking. I liked Albinus' spontaneous presentation of tramp
internals and its upcoming features a lot!

I think last time showed that if a few people prepare a little bit, the
rest of the meeting turns out to self-organize quite well.

Oh, and bring a VGA cable if your laptop needs one.
