[emacs-berlin] [ANN] #3 Meetup 04.06.2014

How about picking the *last* wednesday of the month. Looking at
http://hacken.in/berlin it seems that day is still free the coming months
at least.

Most groups pick the 1st/2nd/3rd/4rd *day of the month, and the last
Wednesday will sometimes be the 4th, and sometimes the 5th Wednesday of the
month (right? my logic isn't going crazy here?), so less chance of
collision.
