Alpesh,

to add a places layer as used on pad.ma you can set the type of the
layer to place (i.e. places layer in config.padma.jsonc)

to enable automatic place name detection in a layer, set "hasPlaces" to
true (i.e. subtitles layer in config.0xdb.jsonc)
